RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We ask that you please measure your pup correctly before purchasing any collar or harness to ensure you get the correct size.

Should your collar or harness not fit we are happy to exchange the item for you for another size or issue a refund, providing the item is still in its original packaging and is unworn/unused.

How to return an item:

All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please send an email to hello@pupofluxury.com to initiate return and instructions
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product(s) to us
Your refund will be initiated back to your account, once item has been received and inspected to ensure it's original condition.

If you receive a faulty item, we will replace this item for you FREE of charge and cover all associated shipping costs.
